These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and h55com ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the h55com website located at h55com.cam, including all services, products, content, features and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

h55com is an English-language online sports betting and live casino platform serving players who choose to access its services. The platform is designed primarily for users in Pakistan, with all content, odds and account balances presented in English with Pakistani Rupee (PKR) display. • Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any current or active self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion or problem gambling-related restriction on any gambling platform.

To access the full features of h55com, including placing wagers and making deposits, you must complete the account registration process. The following obligations apply:

h55com operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) framework as a condition of continued platform access. You agree to comply fully with all verification requests.

• You may be required to provide a valid government-issued photographic identification document (such as a CNIC, Passport or equivalent) at any point during the use of the Service.
• Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months) may be requested.
• Proof of payment method ownership may be required to confirm that deposits were made using accounts or methods held in your own name.
• Source of funds documentation may be requested for accounts with significant transaction activity.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all required KYC documents have been submitted, verified and approved by the Platform's compliance team.
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

Withdrawals from your h55com Account are subject to the following conditions:

• All active wagering requirements associated with any Bonus Funds must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• KYC verification must be complete and satisfactory before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in your own name that matches your verified Account identity.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as displayed in the cashier section.
• h55com does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Durations vary depending on the chosen method and the operator's processing schedule.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.

h55com may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are governed by these Terms and any specific promotion terms published alongside each offer.

Wagering requirements specify the total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The following principles apply:

• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus value).
• The specific multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Not all game types contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category (e.g., slots vs. live dealer) are set out in the promotion-specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering expire automatically upon the expiry date.
• Bets placed using Real Money Funds are not counted towards wagering requirements unless the applicable promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any associated balance:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Using software, bots, automated systems or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in placing bets, exploiting odds or circumventing game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider trading or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including chargebacks, use of stolen card details or accounts held in third-party names.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems or infrastructure.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit any software bugs, glitches or pricing errors.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the Service from a Prohibited Territory where doing so is unlawful.

h55com reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account was opened using inaccurate, fraudulent or false information.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns have been identified.
• A regulatory, compliance or legal obligation requires the suspension or closure of the Account.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. In the event of voluntary Account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (net of any applicable bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via an available payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

h55com is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist players in maintaining control over their gambling activity. All content, software, design elements, text, graphics, logos, databases and other materials on the h55com platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of h55com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of h55com.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h55com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

h55com does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by h55com is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with its terms.

h55com implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. All connections to the platform are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the operator is licensed or incorporated, as applicable. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Your continued use of the Service after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and contact support to arrange Account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
